Bach Flower Therapy
What is Bach Flower Therapy?
You may have heard of the popular Bach Flower remedy called “Rescue Remedy” that helps calm your energy after a stressful event.
What you may not know is that there is a whole system of Bach remedies that were developed over 90 years ago by the physician, Dr. Edward Bach.
These natural flower remedies are safe and free of side effects. They are made in a similar way to homeopathic remedies, and none of the flowers and plants used are toxic.
Bach Flower Essences help create a sense of peace and calm by harmonizing negative emotions and thought patterns, as well as enhancing positive emotions.
A Safe and Effective Therapy Modality
Scientific studies have been done proving the effectiveness of Flower Essence Therapy. Dr. Maribel Perez, a Specialist in Psychiatry and Social Psychiatry, has presented numerous scientific studies supporting it’s efficacy.
“At first, I believed that Flower Essence Therapy would not work, but immediately thereafter, I began seeing its benefits for my patients’ health. . . . Today, both psychiatrists and other doctors frequently refer cases to me.”
– Dr. Maribel PerezPerez, M et al. Profiles of Cuban Flower Essence Therapists.
Calix: International Journal of Flower Essence Therapy. 1:83-88. 2004.
I have found these remedies to be profoundly helpful for my clients who are struggling with anxiety, grief, overwhelm, guilt, indecision, trauma, obsessive thoughts, apathy, difficulty with transitions, fear, depression and other mental or emotional imbalances.

Sessions Fees
Initial Session 60 minutes – $85
Follow-up Session 60 minutes – $85
Follow-up Session 30 minutes – $65
The session fee includes receiving a personalized Bach Flower Remedy mix for daily use at home. This remedy mix generally lasts about 3-4 weeks, at which point you may desire to book a follow-up session to obtain a new remedy mix. As the Bach Flowers positively effect your mental emotional state, new layers of imbalance can arise – especially if you are working on a chronic, long term issue. The follow-up appointments allow you to continue working on these new layers if you wish. For acute, short term issues, one session is often enough to provide the relief you desire.
**Please Note: This is a complementary modality in which I have training and certification. These sessions require separate billing under my Bach Flower Registered Practitioner (BFRP) designation, and will likely not be reimbursed under your insurance policy coverage.
